One year ago, NS hosted a Toys for Tots train between Binghamton and Delanson on its D&H South lines using equipment from Bennett Levin's Juniate Terminal plus a few other PVs and Amtrak baggage cars. Scrubbed NS power led the train with PRR E8s tucked in behind.
