Purdue Boilermakers and NKP Berkshires have a lot in common

Even though Purdue's namesake mascot referred to the personnel who worked in the Monon's Lafayette IN heavy shops, NKP Berkshires frequently passed Purdue's West Lafayette campus on NKP's Lake Erie & Western District to/from Peoria between 1950 and 1953. Guessing these are Purdue alumni at Owosso Train Fest in July 2009.

Photographed by John Barlow, July 24, 2009.
