EL Dispatcher told LV brakeman via lineside phone at the right that FO-2 has clearance to run to Binghamton so front end brakeman has lined the hand throw switches onto the westbound main and through the crossovers to the eastbound main. Rear end brakeman will clean up these switches as train continues to slowly roll east.
