BN 1606 (GP7 - ex-CBQ) shoves what appears to be a short work train back toward its caboose sitting in the Hinsdale, IL station on the westbound main. I doubt the stock car behind the locomotive is still in livestock service; one would not expect unloading pens in any of the rather well-to-do suburbs located along the CB&Q Raceway. Notice the welded rail laid out along the north side of the eastbound main, complete with canvas bags of hardware to secure the new rail. All 3 tracks were still stick rain through the station in June, 1975.
