C&O 614 All Dressed up and No Place to Go

Forget the date but here's a picture of C&O 614 steamed up at the ex-DL&W terminal at Hoboken. The 4-8-4 was supposed to take an excursion out to Port Jervis and return this day but running gear problem was found and locomotive was sidelined. NJT diesels pulled the train instead much to the chagrin of the passengers.
