Excellent capture of diverse 1st generation ex-Erie freight power (although the RS3 may be of DL&W heritage)! Given it looks like the LV Auburn branch appears to be barely visible in the background, I'm guessing this photo was taken on the west side of Owego at the Goodrich Rd grade crossing.
