AMTK 651 (ACS-64) leads train 169 to its Saturday evening stop at Kingston Station a good 1/2 hour after a cloudy sunset. The platform lights do a good job of illuminating the platform but are quite as helpful in illuminating the train. I have no idea where the green glow on the roadbed and on the side on the 651 came from.
