Acela 2020, operating as train 2173, proceeds slowly past Kingston Station some 20 minutes after train 86 headed east and 175 headed west. Train 174 is coming east through the work zone and 2173 has a stop signal ahead at Liberty interlocking and is slowing accordingly.
