AMTK 644 (ACS-64) leads train 86 past a departing train 175 as it arrives a little over an hour late at Kingston Station, delayed by downed wires on Metro North near Stamford. A relief crew will take over 86 here for the run into Boston. 175 will continue west after waiting almost 1/2 hour to let the 3 delayed eastbound trains clear the single track in the work zone between Kingston and Westerly.
