Acela Train 2163 Slips Past Train 170 at Kingston Station

Amtrak Acela 2021, on track 3, carries the rear markers for train 2163 past AMTK 620 (ACS-64), stopped on track 1 at Kingston Station on train 170. With track 2 out of service between Kingston and High St. and trains potentially being delayed by track work elsewhere, operations at Kingston could be more interesting than usual.
