I'm guessing this photo was taken on a weekend as least the 1st 2 GP7s shown are steam generator and lighting box equipped units that may have been assigned to Boston area commuter service? In the late '60s, on weekends EL used to gang a bunch of commuter assigned RS and/or Geeps together in New Jersey to drag junk freights west (and of course return before Monday). Perhaps B&M did the same? Great photo of a terrific paint scheme.

John is correct. The photo was taken early afternoon. 1st two units were Portsmouth Local power and
3rd unit was for CO-1 (Lincoln job). Portsmouth Lpcal (C-10???) ran with 2 units to handle 20 loads each weekday from Raymond, NH for Boston Sand and Gravel. BJ-3 would handle empties from Boston to Concord and loads moved on JB-4 ahead of Caboose and milk cars when running (can't remember if milk was still moving by this time. You can see some of the BM 10000 series hoppers in right background. In April '64 I was on a 12 month "leave" from UNH and worked the clerk relief job scheduled Sat and Sun 1st trick in Concord. The window for the Yard Office was close to where you were standing to take your photo. I hope we hand a chance to talk...
