Antrak Train 164 Passing 2 Empty Centerbeam Flats at Kingston

AMTk 662 (ACS-64) leads train 164 into Kingston Station almost 2 1/2 hours late, passing 2 empty center beam flat cars on the Arnold Lumber spur as it arrives. 1 car in Kingston is rare enough, 2 at once is quite the find. (They were gone when I returned Wednesday.) Train 164 had been delayed 1 hr 20 min by a freight on the fomer RF&P and things did not improve once it was on home rails.
