Lehigh Valley RS11 and C420 resting at Sayre in the late '60sDon't recall when I took this photo but it was obviously winter time. LV 7644, getting fueled, was built for PRR and transferred to LV, its ward, in 1964 with 5 other such units to quell an LV power shortage. C420 415 was the highest numbered of a dozen such units LV received new from Alco in 1964.
