Looks like this superb capture was taken in mid-afternoon from the rte 7 overpass at Conklin a few miles from the NY-Pennsylvania line? Today's scene here looks a bit different with a single track dark RR hosting 6 daily NS freights between Binghamton and Enola, Allentown, and Scranton.
