Visitor Comments about this Photo:I wonder if the apparent variation of engine placement on NJT Midtown Direct trains to/from Penn Station has to do with inbound NJT trains that use the through tracks at NYP (ie, tracks 6-12), as opposed to the stub end tracks (1-5), and then continue through the East River tunnels to Sunnyside Yard Queens to be staged as subsequent outbound trains via use of the balloon tracks?
