Northbound CP 459 train (NS trackage rights train from Enola to Binghamton) meets southbound CP 258 (Binghamton to Bethlehem) at the new siding at New Milford PA on a dreary October 2014 day. One year later and this track and operation would belong to Norfolk Southern.
