If you are looking to get your pinnacle picture on Pan Am's New Hampshire Mainline, IMHO this is it at Historic Robie's Country Store in Hooksett. You have many options to photograph, all offering unique and unobstructed views of the locomotive, Robie's and the Merrimack River Bridge. Even on a day that featured a lot of clouds, you can still do well.

The NA-1 Crew with 504 brought a healthy +/- 30 cars northward for customers in Bow & Concord on this trip. It has been a long while since any of Pan Am's 500's have appeared on these NH Rails. This particular GP40-2L(w) has been sighted here many times in recent years.
