CP Rail wb Manifest at Medicine Hat

In the sunset lighting of a late summer day in 1970, one of CP's 2 GP30s and a M636 lead a westbound freight into Medicine Hat, Alberta. The 7 year old GP30 is in CPR livery while the new M636 wears the multimark logo of the CP Rail brand. Not sure why there is a CP biz car on the head pin...

Photographed by John Barlow, August, 1970.
