Where are we?

A quick glance might lead one to think this photo was taken somewhere around Denver back when the D&RGW was a going concern but a close examination of the speed lettering logo of the middle SD40 (that lacks a dynamic brake) shows that this is really a Wheeling & Lake Erie train. A pair of ex-D&RGW SD40-2T tunnel motors bracket the ex-MoPac SD40 at the head end of train KL99 sitting just south of the NS main at Bellevue OH
