The classification lights are red on the 2040 probably indicating that she and her train will be shoving back into Dover St. Yard. I don't have any other information why the two train sets are side by side, Could be one is a mail and express and he other a regular passenger accommodation. I will have to settle for the fact that they just made a nice pair of FL-9s for a photo..
