At the other end of NS 041 train, the Capital Region Toys for Tots train was ex -NYC observation car "Babbling Brook" originally built for use on the "New England States" Chicago-Boston passenger train. In this scene, the power has separated to begin the choreography of re-ordering the locomotives and then running around the consist to drag it back to Binghamton.
