In the summer of 1976, a few months after C-Day (4/1/76), D&H power basks in the July sun at the Bevier St yard in Binghamton. RS3M 1976 was delivered earlier in 1976 as a Morris Khudsen rebuild of a D&H RS-3 while GP38-2 7320 still sports its LV paint scheme a "7" digit applied to its former LV number 320. RSM 1976 still labors today for the WNY&P as its #406 while 7320 remains in use by CP but re-numbered to 7307.
