LV Auburn Branch local departs Owego for Sayre YardIn the spring of 1969, LV SW8 leads a short local compass south at the dilapidated LV depot, about to take a sweeping turn to the west to follow EL's mainline toward Waverly/Sayre. Ironically, 50 years after this photo was taken, the LV depot is not only still in use by today's operator of the line, the Owego & Harford Railway, but the structure is in much better, restored condition than LV left it.
