Arcade & Attica RR: Arcade, NY

The A&A ran a children's train for the Arcade Winterfest with #112 and #113.

Usually the shortened ride is to Genesee Road on the original A&A trackage.

This year the A&A ran on their exBuffalo & Susquehanna trackage between Arcade and Arcade Jct. This line was opened between Wellsville and Buffalo in 1907.

When the B&S was being scrapped in 1917, the A&A bought the 2 miles from Arcade to Arcade Jct. to keep an interchange partner with the PRR at Arcade Jct.

New ties were installed 10 years ago, but the rail is still original B&S rail.
