NJ Transit Westbound on Montclair Connector TrackNJT 4644 (ALP-46) leads NJ Transit train 6245 around the sharp curve at the west end of the Montclair connection and onto the former Erie Greenwood Lake branch. Train is operating on track 1 because a couple of track gangs have track 2, the usual westbound track, out of service for this early afternoon run. The train had about 8 bi-level cars, certainly sufficient for a mid-day run from Penn Station out to Montclair St. Univ.
