B&M 1122 Switches Watertown Branch

There was still a lot of freight customers on the Watertown Branch in 1972. Here B&M SW-1 #1122 in fading maroon paint shuffles cars at School Street crossing, much to the chagrin of motorists unaware that they are watching history, This was Union Market in the employee timetable. Watertown Arsenal looms in background.
