can anyone ID this critter?

Back in 1968 this old four-wheel industrial locomotive sat on a spur off the New Haven\'s South Braintree (MA) yard, surrounded by junk. Does anyone else remember it and know more about its history?

Visitor Comments about this Photo:

Based on Googling around, this locomotive would be a Baldwin-Westinghouse battery-powered locomotive (built in early 1900s). No idea who owned it although Connecticut Trolley Museum in East Windsor currently has an example of this locomotive built in 1907 for Corbin Cabinet Lock Co (New Britain, CT). Perhaps it's the same engine?
