Kearsarge Reel Co.

The long freight ran east of Newport, NH, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Going east they ran around cars for Kearsarge Reel at Bradford and shoved them the mile or two to be spotted. To avoid per diem, the company tried to have those cars ready to pull in time for the westward move. Sometimes, as above, it involved a short wait in Kearsarge Reel's well appointed lunch room.
