The Branch to Charlestown

This is the beginning of the branch to Charlestown, taken in Somerville under Route 93. The signal is still lit even though it hasn't seen a train in.... decades? You can't even get this far up the line, there are cargo containers fouling the tracks, not to mention mountains of trash. Maybe someday it will make a return, there's certainly enough ships coming in and out of the docks to justify a few loads once in a while.
