The Otter Valley Railroad's tourist train consisting of a caboose and a couple open-air passenger cars makes its way along Clarendon & Pittsford trackage north of Proctor, VT, behind an ex-B&M Alco S3. This seasonal operation lasted only two years, 1977 and 1978.
