MEC 7517 and MEC 7534 (C40-8\'s) lead POED through the weeds adorning track 1 behind the old B&M depot in Erving, MA. Track 2 at this point is still composed of heavy stick rail; track 1 is welded rail but supporting even more weeds, so it looks a lot like the 1970\'s Rock Island from this angle.
