AMTK 642, Amtrak's 'Salutes Our Veterans' ACS-64 is on the head end of train 172 as it make a well-recorded arrival at Kingston station in West Kingston, RI. At least 1/2 dozen railfain photographers were on hand to record the arrival, split between the 2 ends of the platford depending on whether they more wanted to photograph the 642 or the 2 private cars on the hind end. Reportedly the 2 private cars will return on train 173 on July 5th.
