repainted NH Budd

When Penn Central took over the New Haven, a few of the NH's Budds got this quickie and unattractive repainting in which a dark green band obliterated the NH logos on the ends. The red/white/black scare stripes originated on NYC RDCs came later. RDC-3 129 was at Dover Street Yard in South Boston in March 1969. The script herald on its side has escaped PC's painter!
