NS heritage unit No. 1067 -The Reading Lines- is seen heading down the house track at East Deerfield, MA on Friday morning, Nov. 17, 2017. This is the power from PAS train 14R. I went out in the early morning darkness on Friday looking for this train but I couldn\'t find it. I ended up driving from North Adams to Eagle Bridge where I found out the train was just east of East Portal. So I drove all the way from Eagle Bridge to East Deerfield where I arrived just in time to catch the power being put away. The trip was a gamble - but it paid off. The power seen here returned west on train 11R on Friday night. This was the very first visit of the NS 1067 on PAS.
