D&H engine on the D&H

The very last S-4 that the D&H purchased, #3050 has been delivered to its new home at the CACV. Former Claremont and Concord #102 will now live out its days hauling tourist trains on the very rails it began life on. It's joined by C&C #104 which was also D&H #3036. Both units will be joining CACV units #8223 and 3051 which were built in Canada for Canadian National. The volunteers at the railroad are very excited to have 4 turbocharged 539's on the property. The units are pictured at the CACV's interchange at Cooperstown Junction in Colliersville, NY, awaiting a crew to come down and pick them up. They were dropped here by a northbound NS crew.
