New Hoosac Tunnel Monument

Located at the East Portal of the Hoosac Tunnel is a new monument dedicated to the workers that lost their lives building the tunnel and to Walt Rice, an employee of the B&M and Guilford RR's for 47 years.

The black hole to the left of the monument is the portal to the tunnel.
