Note that this is a double-track plow which casts only to the right. The plow parked in Plymouth in 1952 to the north of the station near Chase Grain was an old demoted double-track plow used on the Lincoln branch. The trucks had inboard bearings with spoked wheels, making them look like 4-4-0 pilot trucks but the railroad crews told me that the reason for the inboard bearings was to avoid freezing up the bearings due to the snow and cold
