NX-12 at Glendale

With fall color starting to show, Housatonic Railroad Train NX-12 works it's way up the 0.9% grade along the eastern bank of the Housatonic River in Glendale, Massachusetts. With today's short train, only 19 cars, the combined 4,500 horsepower of HRRC EMD GP35 3601 and GP35M 3600 was more than adequate to make the climb to the summit at Glendale Curve.
