Don't recall exact date but sometime in the mid-60s, I took these Instamatic photos of the wb Phoebe Snow stopping at Owego, NY around train #1's scheduled time of 3:18pm. The Phoebe was still handling mail cars at that time between Hoboken and Chicago. Budd Tavern Lounge brings up the rear.
