A plethora of Weston Stations

On a Saturday afternoon in July of 2013, eastbound MBTA train 1406 arrives at Kendall Green, the pre-eminent Weston T station. The other two active Weston stations get only weekday rush hour service: Silver Hill (2 in & 3 out) and Hastings (5 in & 5 out). Church St crossing makes a handy platform to board trains on track 2. And then there's the 4th Weston station less than a mile down Church St on the long abandoned B&M Central Mass branch. There's still a length of rail in front of the Central MA station but I'm guessing it will never see passenger service again.
