Buckingham Branch Railroad Power Basking in the Sunset

BB 1 (GP7M) and RFP 101 (GP7) sit over a metal pan on the main track of the Buckingham Division of the Buckingham Branch railroad just north of the end of the tracks in Dillwyn, VA. RFP 101 is owned by the Old Dominion Chapter of the NRHS and leased by the railroad. It still wears fading RFP paint.. The metal pans under the track lead me to believe this is the usual point to find this power tied up; it is right along US 19 north of Dillwyn adjacent to a log loading operation.
