Roster shot of BM 1518 on the service track. When the B&M put their phase III RS-3's through Billerica Shop the units were stripped of their steam generators, water tanks, stanchion mounted MU hoses, train lighting box and received the "blue dip" paint scheme (which didn't seem to stand up very well).
