SP 1237 in Salinas California

SP 1237 safely stored next to the Amtrak Station in Salinas California. The engine was formerly in a park in Salinas where it was painted orange - I remember climbing up on it as a kid. Now its restored to its proper colors and under the care of the Monterey and Salinas Valley Railway Museum.

Photographed by Ernest Hunt, March 27, 2017.
