WM 6415 (GP9) was the trailing unit of a 4-unit lash up moving about in the Western Maryland yard in Elkins, WV. The chopped nose on this unit does not appear to me to be chopped as low as some other railroads were chopping Geep short hoods. Perhaps that's a result of the photo angle (or of a fading memory?)
