The newly painted VTR 431 has drawn an admiring crowd out behind the North Bennington Post Office on Sunday January 15. The sunny skies and moderate temperatures made for a picture postcard day without need for photoshop assistance. I understand the 431 has gained national attention in its numerous sightings this past week in many unlikely locations.
