Derailment clean up work at New Britain, Conn. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Eight or seven cars from Pan Am Southern train EDPL or PLED derailed the previous day along Columbus Blvd. in New Britain, Conn. The cars were loaded with construction debris.
