Derailment At New Britain, Conn.

A pair of Pan Am Railways mobile truck cranes are seen lifting a derailed gon car back on the track at New Britain, Conn. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Eight or seven cars from PAS train EDPL or PLED derailed off of Columbus Blvd. behind the town CVS and a shopping plaza. The cars were loaded with construction debris. When I left on Wednesday afternoon, only two of the cars were still tipped over on their sides. I suspect the work of re-railing the cars was completed sometime early Wednesday night.
