CN S-7 #8823 and D&H flat car #16517 pose in Milford yard in front of the restored D&H "No Trespassing" sign. The CACV includes the flat car in its consist on Christmas specials for decorating purposes. Once the car has power to it, the car is decorated with Christmas lights and has several Christmas themed balloons on it. It looks very sharp going down the track at night.
