POED had been held up at Farley Road earlier in the morning due to calls into Billerica that the train was allegedly causing sparks and setting brush fires in Erving. Crew walked the train twice and found nothing. Apparently in resuming their journey this boxcar slipped off rails as it started across Farley Road. Hence the train had to stop again and wait for help from Mechanical.
