A Rainy Day At Pownal Curve

Pan Am Southern train 22k storms eastbound along the Hoosic River at North Pownal, VT with the NS heritage engine No. 1068 - The Erie- leading the way. I waited 4 hours in the rain for this train to show up. If you look closely you can see the raindrops falling on the river. The flash on my camera lit up the nose a little bit. I really like the big eagle wings design on the nose of the engine.
